Before receiving any IV infusion or wellness services, all first-time patients are required to complete an annual medical screening to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for their individual health needs. This screening must be completed prior to your initial appointment and is required once per year thereafter. A $35 medical screening fee will be added to the cost of your selected services. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement and associated fee. Please note that our wellness IV infusion services are considered elective and are generally not covered by insurance. These services are offered on a self-pay basis, with payment due at the time of treatment.
